Our programs at Youth Empowerment Systems are specifically designed to benefit vulnerable youth and women in Boussé, Burkina Faso. We focus on individuals who face significant challenges in accessing education, skills training, and economic opportunities due to poverty and limited resources.

Our primary target beneficiaries include:

1. School Dropouts: We aim to support young individuals who have had to drop out of school due to financial constraints or other circumstances beyond their control. By providing them with vocational training and entrepreneurial skills, we offer them an alternative pathway to gainful employment and a brighter future.

2. Uneducated Youth: We recognize that there are many young individuals in our community who have not had the opportunity to attend school. Our programs cater to their specific needs, offering them the chance to acquire practical skills and knowledge that can empower them economically and socially.

3. Women in Male-Dominated Trades: We are committed to promoting gender equality and breaking down barriers for women. We actively encourage and support women to pursue vocational training in traditionally male-dominated trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. By empowering women with these skills, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society.

4. Marginalized Communities: We extend our reach to marginalized communities, including those affected by poverty, disabilities, social exclusion, and limited access to resources. By offering vocational training, income-generating activities, and recognition of prior learning, we aim to uplift individuals from these communities and provide them with the tools to improve their livelihoods.

5. At-Risk Youth: We also target at-risk youth who may be vulnerable to human trafficking, irregular migrations, and violent radicalization. Through our programs, we offer them an alternative path and equip them with skills that make them less susceptible to these threats. We provide them with opportunities to develop a sense of purpose, dignity, and hope for a better future.

By specifically targeting these beneficiary groups, we aim to address the unique challenges they face and empower them to overcome barriers, achieve self-sufficiency, and actively contribute to the development of Burkina Faso.
